We know planning a sleepover comes with lots of questions — so here’s everything you need to know about booking with Little Luxe Sleepovers. If there’s anything we haven’t covered, just drop us a message — we’re always happy to help!
What areas do you cover?
We’re based just outside Henley-on-Thames and offer free delivery and setup within 10 miles of RG10 8QX. Beyond this, it’s £1.10 per mile, up to a maximum of 20 miles.
What ages are your sleepovers suitable for?
Our magical sleepover experiences are designed with children aged 6-12 in mind.
For guests under 8 years old, we recommend having a grown-up close by overnight — just to keep everything safe and snuggly.
What occasions do you cater for?
Sleepovers aren’t just for birthdays! We love helping you celebrate:

How much notice do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for busy times like school holidays.
Last-minute bookings may still be possible, so if you’re planning a spur-of-the-moment sleepover, give us a shout and we’ll see what we can do!
How do I check if my date is available?
Just fill out our booking request form, and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your date and chat through your party plans.
How much space do I need?
Each tent and mattress needs around 160cm (L) x 104cm (W) x 101cm (H). If you’d like a tray table in front of each bed (perfect for snacks and crafts!), you’ll need 195cm (L) x 104cm (W) x 101cm (H).

How long do we get to keep everything?
Our standard hire period looks like this:
Setup: Between 11am - 5pm on the day of your sleepover
Collection: Between 10am - 12pm the next day
Depending on the number of guests, setup takes between 1-2.5 hours, and collection is usually 30-90 minutes — leaving you with no mess, no stress, and just magical memories.
If you need different timings, let us know — we’ll do our best to be flexible!
Do you stay to supervise the party?
No — we provide everything you need to host your own magical sleepover, but we don’t stay during the party.
We’ll leave you with clear set-up instructions for the activities, and we’re always on call if you need a little help during the evening.
Can I add on an extra guest later?
Of course! We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can make sure we have enough tents and accessories ready for your party crew.
Can I change the theme after booking?
Absolutely! We’re always dreaming up new ideas, so new themes will be introduced throughout the year. If a brand new theme pops up that your child falls in love with, we’ll do our best to switch your booking — as long as the new theme is available and you let us know at least two weeks before your sleepover date.
Do you provide sleepover invitations?
We include themed digital invitations for you to share with your guests. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with fully personalised invites in png and pdf formats. You can then choose to print them out or send them digitally — whichever works best for you!
What do the children get to keep?
Every guest gets to take home a special keepsake activity linked to your chosen theme — a lovely reminder of their magical night.

Do you provide food and drinks?
We include sweet bags, popcorn and a drink with our sleepovers — all the cosy essentials!
If you’d like to add extra snacks, cakes or something else to eat, check out our recommended suppliers.
Allergens: We’ll always ask you to check for allergies when booking, and our treats may contain gluten, dairy, nuts, or other allergens. It’s important that you pass this information on to your guests’ parents ahead of time.
Are your sleepover tents suitable for outdoor use?
Our indoor sleepover tents are designed for cosy, indoor fun only.
However, during the summer months we may offer bell tent hire for outdoor garden sleepovers — keep an eye out for announcements or ask us if you’re interested!
Can you set up in flats or apartments?
Due to the amount of equipment we bring, we’re only able to offer sleepover setups in homes with easy ground floor access.
Sadly, this means we can’t accommodate flats, apartments, or properties with staircases, lifts, or limited access.
Do you offer smaller packages?
To keep the magic alive, all our packages are designed as fully immersive sleepover experiences — so we don’t offer reduced or mini packages.
However, if you join our Sleepover Club, you’ll receive 20% off every booking up to 31st December 2025! It’s completely free to join — just a little thank-you from us to you.
What are your payment terms?
£100 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking
Final balance and a £100 refundable security deposit due at least 14 days before your party
Your security deposit is refunded within 48 hours of collection (as long as everything is returned in good condition)
Any damaged or missing items would be deducted from your deposit — full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What is your cancellation policy?
You’ll find our full cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please get in touch as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to help.
How do you clean the bedding and equipment?
After every sleepover, all bedding and cushions are washed using non-biological detergent and a gentle antibacterial cleanser.
Every tent, tray, prop, and piece of equipment is also fully sanitised — so you can rest assured everything arrives spotless and ready for a fresh new adventure.
Do you have insurance?
Absolutely. We’re fully insured with public liability cover and all our equipment is thoroughly safety checked and maintained to the highest standards.
