Pamper Party Terms and Conditions & Hire Agreement
Before you book your fabulous pamper experience with Little Luxe Sleepovers, please take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions. We promise it’s nothing too scary—just the important bits to ensure everything runs smoothly and you have a magical, stress-free time! If anything’s unclear or you have questions, we’re always happy to help.
We’ll ask you to read and confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions when you book your sleepover experience.
1. Who’s Who
You (The Hirer) – That’s you, the lovely person booking the party.
We/Us (The Supplier) – That’s us, Little Luxe Sleepovers.
Equipment – All the goodies that come with your chosen package—low tables, cushions, shimmer wall, pamper trays, and accessories.
Products – All pamper-related items used during your party, including face cleansers, moisturisers, masks, nail varnishes, and other skincare or cosmetic products chosen for use in our pamper activities.
Any changes to these Terms & Conditions can only be made in writing by a team member from Little Luxe Sleepovers.
2. Booking
2.1 Saving Your Date
To secure your party date, we need a £100 non-refundable deposit and a completed booking form. We’ll hold your date for 24 hours—after that, if we haven’t received your deposit, the date goes back up for grabs.
2.2 Final Payment & Damage Deposit
Your final balance (including a £100 refundable damage deposit) is due 14 days before your party. If we haven’t received this, we won’t be able to deliver your equipment—and we can’t be responsible for any knock-on effects.
2.3 Guest Numbers & Changes
Please confirm your final guest list at least 14 days before your party. We’ll do our best to add extra guests if you need, but it depends on availability. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for any last-minute dropouts.
2.9 Travel Fees
We offer free delivery within 10 miles of Little Luxe Headquarters (RG10 8QX). Beyond this, it’s £1.10 per mile, up to a maximum of 20 miles.
2.10 Service Tweaks
Sometimes themes, props, and decorations may vary slightly depending on stock, styling choices, or availability—but we’ll always make sure everything fits the colour scheme and looks beautiful!
3. Set-Up & Collection
3.1 Timing
We’ll aim to set up and collect at the times you’ve requested, but if we need to adjust due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
3.2 Keeping Us in the Loop
When booking, please tell us everything we need to know about your property—things like parking, access, or any restrictions. We can’t offer refunds if we can’t set up due to unexpected access issues.
3.3 Space Requirements
Every home is different, and we’ll always do our best to make your pamper party setup work beautifully in your space. The layout can be easily adjusted depending on the room available — whether that’s using our low tables with floor cushions, setting up on your dining table, or creating a cosy pedicure area on your sofa or dining chairs.
If you’d like to use our low table setup, please allow approximately 125cm x 150cm of floor space. If the table is placed in the centre of the room, please ensure there’s enough space around it for guests to sit comfortably, enjoy their pamper session, and for pedicure stations to be set up nearby with space to walk around safely.
We’ll chat through the best setup when you book, so we can plan in advance and make sure everything fits perfectly and looks picture-ready on the day.
3.4 Clear & Clean Spaces
Please make sure the party space is clear, clean, and pet-hair free before we arrive—we can’t move furniture for you. Extra cleaning charges may apply if pet hair is left on our equipment.
3.5 Say Cheese!
We love capturing our setups for our socials. By booking, you’re happy for us to snap pictures of the tents at your house (but we won’t post any images of children without your consent).
4. Supervision & Safety
4.1 Keep an Eye Out
You’re responsible for supervising all children throughout the hire period. We recommend gathering emergency contacts and medical/allergy info at least 14 days before the party.
4.2 Handle With Care
Our pamper table and shimmer wall are for pampering and selfies only — please no leaning on the shimmer wall or dancing on the table!
For younger guests, please supervise and assist as necessary to help avoid extra mess, spillages, or overenthusiastic use of products. A little extra help makes sure everything stays looking lovely (and saves your carpets too!).
4.3 Snacks & Treats
If we provide sweets or treats, it’s up to you to get permission from parents/carers. Ingredients lists are available on request. We can’t accept responsibility for allergic reactions if you haven’t let us know about dietary needs in advance.
Food and drink packages from third parties are entirely their responsibility.
Messy foods, drinks, and chewing gum are not allowed near the equipment.
4.4 Skin Allergies
All facial products used at Little Luxe Pamper Parties are gentle, child-friendly, and chosen for sensitive skin. Although our products are carefully selected, we cannot guarantee that no reactions will occur, and use is at each guest’s own risk.
We will provide a list of all products used prior to your event. It is the host’s responsibility to share this information with guests’ parents or guardians in advance to identify and manage any potential allergies or sensitivities.
Please ensure guests avoid sharing flannels/towels, contact of products with their eyes, mouths, or open cuts, and that all products are used as directed. Adult supervision is required during all pamper activities, particularly for younger guests.
4.5 Furry Friends
Please keep pets away from our equipment to keep everything clean and allergy-friendly. Extra cleaning fees may apply if pet hair is found.
4.6 No Flames
No smoking or naked flames near any of our equipment—safety first!
5. Damage & Cleaning
5.1 Care of Equipment
You are responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by misuse of our equipment. Please handle all items with care, as we want everyone to enjoy a safe and magical experience.
5.2 Supervise, Supervise, Supervise
If damage happens due to lack of supervision, we’ll need to deduct the cost from your damage deposit.
5.3 Keeping it clean
All equipment and furniture used during your pamper party is cleaned and sanitised by Little Luxe Sleepovers before and after each party, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all guests.
Please return the equipment in the same lovely condition it arrived in. Stains, spills, and pet hair will incur cleaning charges.
5.4 Water & Flooring
By booking a pamper party, you acknowledge and understand that the nature of this experience involves the use of water and pamper products, which may occasionally lead to minor spillages or splashes. Although we provide protective mats and towels to minimise this, we cannot fully control the enthusiasm of little guests during their pamper activities.
While we take every care during setup and throughout the experience, Little Luxe Sleepovers cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to flooring, carpets, or furnishings as a result of water or product spillages.
5.5 Don’t Move It
We completely understand that, during the fun of your pamper party, you might want to create a bit more space for activities — for example, pushing the low table aside for dancing or moving the pedicure bowls once they’re finished with. If you do need to move any items, this must be done carefully by an adult only, as any damage caused during movement will be chargeable.
Please note that the shimmer wall is delicate and must not be moved under any circumstances.
5.6 Replacement Costs
If anything gets damaged or goes missing, we’ll need to charge for replacements (see our full list of costs below).
Low table – £150 per table
Tablecloths – £15 per tablecloth
Flowers and vase – £10 per vase
Shimmer wall– £5 per shimmer section
Shimmer wall stand – £45
Mirrors – £10 per mirrors
Spa bowls – £5 per bowl
Flannel/face towel – £3 per towel
Pedicure bowl – £10 per bowel
Foot towel – £5 per towel
Pedicure mat – £15 per mat
Cushions – £10 per cushion
Cups/glasses – £5 per cup/glass
Spa robe – £10 per robe
Clothes rail – £30
Flower garlands – £10 per garland
Cleaning charge – £15 per hour (if deep cleaning is required)
5.5 Getting Your Damage Deposit Back
We’ll check all equipment following collection. If everything’s in tip-top condition, your £100 damage deposit will be refunded within 48 hours.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
6.1 If You Cancel
More than 14 days out: Deposit is non-refundable, but everything else is refunded.
8 to 14 days before: Deposit is non-refundable, and 50% of the hire cost is charged (unless we fill the date).
Less than 7 days before: Full balance payable.
6.2 If We Cancel
If we ever have to cancel (rare, but life happens), you’ll get a full refund (including the £100 deposit) or the option to reschedule (subject to availability). We can’t cover any extra costs you might have from other suppliers.
6.3 Rescheduling
More than 14 days out: Free.
8 to 14 days before: £25 admin fee.
Less than 7 days: No rescheduling, cancellation fees apply.
7. Liability & Health & Safety
We always follow UK laws and take every precaution to keep your party safe.
All use of our equipment and pamper products is at your own risk — you are responsible for accidents, spillages, or damage during the party.
Safety rules exist to protect all guests — please make sure they’re followed.
Our tools and equipment meet UK Toy Safety Regulations (CE marked and independently tested).
All cosmetic products used during Little Luxe Pamper Parties are purchased from reputable UK suppliers and comply with current UK Cosmetics Regulation standards (previously Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009). We do not manufacture or alter any cosmetic products. All items are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s safety guidance and are suitable for use on children. Full product information and ingredients are available upon request.
We are not responsible if something goes wrong because the Terms & Conditions weren’t followed.
Our total liability is limited to the value of your booking.
This agreement is covered by English law.
We respect your privacy and follow GDPR rules.
We fully respect copyright laws — our themes are inspired by trends and are not official or licensed products.
We have public liability insurance — proof available on request.
